Hold Me Tight ® Online Workshop

Do you feel disconnected from your partner lately?

Can’t seem to get through to one another or have even the simplest conversation without an argument?

Do you feel like your partner is not hearing or understanding you?

Does it feel like it has become “you” versus “me”, and you miss what it feels like to be “us”?

Or perhaps you want to improve your relationship and get better at conflict resolution and communication.

If you’ve been feeling hopeless and are ready for a change you’ve come to the right place!

Our Hold Me Tight ® Workshop can help you and your partner:

  • Improve your relationship

  • Gain insight into the dynamics of your relationship

  • Communicating from a place of understanding, not anger.

  • Connect with your partner in a deep and authentic manner

  • Recognize your conflict pattern so you reduce conflicts

About this Workshop:

  • Couples who attend this workshop develop a new skill set that helps them communicate more effectively and understand one another on a deeper level.

  • Studies show that over 70% of couples that attend a Hold Me Tight ® workshop improve marital satisfaction and maintain those improvements over time.

  • During this virtual workshop you will be together with other couples in a group during the informational part of the training. However, during the practice sessions you will be in a private breakout room with your partner. No personal information about you will be revealed unless you choose to do so.

  • All couples are welcome to our workshop. We believe our differences, be it cultural, racial, sexual, gender or ethnic, make all of us stronger and richer.

  • In an attempt to maintain high quality and give every couple personalized attention we keep the size of the workshop limited to 10 couples only. This way, we are able to visit with couples during the span of a day and ensure you are learning the tools you need to improve your connection.

  • Yes. Most couples feel confident with the tools they have learned and changes that come as a result of doing this work together, so they do not seek additional therapy. Nonetheless, if weeks or months later, you would like additional support, you are encouraged to contact us. We will decide if additional couples coaching sessions or a more intensive therapeutic option is the best choice. Either way, we are here for you.
